Two-way sync between Google Calendar and Apple iCloud Calendar.
Calendar Connector is a small, self-hosted service that keeps selected calendars in sync — create, edit, or delete an event on either side and the change appears on the other within minutes. It runs on a private server and talks only to Google and Apple.
What it does
- Two-way sync. Events created, updated, or deleted on Google Calendar appear on the paired Apple iCloud calendar, and vice versa.
- Recurring events. Recurrence rules (daily, weekly, etc.) are preserved across both sides.
- Selective pairing. You choose exactly which calendars to sync — nothing else is touched.
- Private by design. The service runs on a private server, stores data locally, and never shares your calendar data with third parties.
How it works
- You connect your Google account via Google's standard OAuth flow and provide an Apple app-specific password for iCloud CalDAV access.
- You pair one Google calendar with one Apple calendar.
- The service polls both sides every few minutes and mirrors changes in both directions.
Your credentials and calendar data stay on the private server. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
Data & privacy
This service accesses your Google Calendar event data solely to perform the synchronization you configure. It does not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
